Stewart Cannon

Stewart Cannon is the managing partner at 4D Nav. Prior to this, they were the vice president of technology at Thales GeoSolutions from January 2001 to January 2004, and they were in charge of software and the AUV program. Stewart was also the vice president of technology at Racal Survey from January 1998 to December 2000. Before that, they were a principal at Pelagos from July 1988 to December 1997, and they were one of the three owners who started the surveying group. Stewart also wrote the WinFrog software. Prior to Pelagos, they worked as a survey engineer at Dome Petroleum (Canmar) from March 1981 to June 1988, where they supported drilling in the Beaufort Sea.

Stewart Cannon began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Surveying Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
