Patricio Burbano

Patricio Burbano is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing geospatial platforms and satellite imagery distribution systems. Patricio has led the development of various features and services in multiple companies, including 4DV Analytics, DigitalGlobe, GeoEye, Overwatch Systems, Scientia Technologies, SAIC, Cambridge Research Associates, TowerStreet, and Landmark Systems Corporation. Their roles have included senior software engineer, principal software engineer, senior principal software engineer, and lead NT software engineer. Throughout their career, they have worked on projects involving Java, Spring MVC, Bootstrap, jQuery, Leaflet, Jasmine, PhantomJS, WCF, Microsoft Enterprise Library, MSMQ, RESTful API, C++, XML, JavaScript, DHTML, and MFC. Their work experience spans from 1996 to the present, with a focus on developing innovative and efficient solutions for geospatial and web-based applications.

Patricio attended the Army Polytechnic School from 1983 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering. Later, from 1989 to 1993, they enrolled at Maharishi International University and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
