Paula Blazquez Solano

Paula Blazquez Solano is an experienced venture capital professional currently serving as Managing Partner at 4Founders Capital since March 2023, focusing on startups from Pre-seed to Series A across Europe. Previously, Paula co-founded Vulcan Partners, an investment vehicle targeting early-stage startups in various sectors with a preference for Fintech and B2B SaaS, and co-founded Credo Capital Partners, a Fintech credit lender. Prior roles include leading Corporate Venture Capital at Banco Sabadell and serving as a board member and advisor for several startups. Paula has been recognized in the Top Women in FinTech Powerlist by Innovate Finance for four consecutive years and has lectured on Fintech at Universidad CEU San Pablo.
