Todd Roland

Todd Roland is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, and project management. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at 4FRONT Engineered Solutions since March 2017, Todd has previously held significant roles including Engineering Manager at B&B Roadway and Security Solutions, where oversight was provided for high-security barrier design and production across multiple sites. Todd co-founded Pragmedics LLC, contributing to innovative medical device development, and has held various engineering management positions at notable companies such as L-3 Communications and Volvo Trucks. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2002.
