Michael Coon

Michael Coon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as a Support Project Lead at 4G Clinical, where they managed client support and technical problem-solving for the RTSM application. Prior to that, they worked as an Implementation Consultant at Medidata Solutions, focusing on RBQM. Michael also served as an Associate Clinical Data Team Lead and Associate Systems Support Analyst at PPD, where they performed various tasks related to data management and systems support. Before that, they worked as a Quality Programs Specialist at TSI Healthcare, guiding medical practices through Federal programs and providing consulting services. Prior to that, they held roles as an Application Analyst and Credentialing Specialist at Upper Allegheny Health System, where they provided technical support, maintained applications, and handled administrative responsibilities. Additionally, they served as a Soldier in the Army National Guard and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Olean General Hospital, supporting quality assurance operations and handling administrative tasks.

Michael Coon completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Medaille University between 2014 and 2017. Their initial educational endeavor was earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from Jamestown Community College, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Michael also obtained a certification in The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from Coursera in 2021.
