Michael Marlatt

Michael Marlatt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition, analytics, and strategy. Michael currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition, People Systems, & Analytics at 4G Clinical, where they lead a team in revolutionizing randomization and trial supply management for clinical research. Michael is also the Creator & Host of AI4Talent, a virtual conference that explores the impact of AI on businesses and workforce. Prior to their current roles, Michael worked as the Head of Global Talent Intelligence, Analytics & Insights, and Strategy & Ops at Real Chemistry and as the Head of Talent Strategy, Innovation, & Transformation at Cognizant, where they managed global teams and tackled various talent acquisition challenges. Michael has also held leadership positions at ExBig5, Amdocs, Ernst & Young, and Capgemini, where they focused on talent acquisition and recruiting for technology, telecom, ERP, and CRM practices. Throughout their career, Michael has collaborated with industry-leading organizations and founded the Mobile Recruiting Conference, contributing to recruitment success and innovation in the field.

Michael Marlatt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology / Pre-Law from Appalachian State University. Michael also attended Nurnberg American High School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certifications in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Using Data Science to Hire Employees, and Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in 2019 and 2020.
