Ilya Machavariani is a CEO & Senior Partner at 4H Agency. Ilya has over 7 years of experience working in various legal positions. Machavariani started their career as a legal assistant at RB Partners. Ilya then interned at Noerr LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In 2013, they became a junior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and then transitioned to the same position at Pepeliaev Group in 2014. In 2016, they became an associate at Capital Legal Services and held that position until 2017 when they returned to 4H Agency as CEO & Senior Partner.
