Grant Ainsworth

Grant Ainsworth is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in quantity surveying and commercial management. Currently serving as Commercial Director at 4i Solutions Limited since September 2024, Ainsworth previously held multiple roles at United Living Group from August 2016 to August 2024, including Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor. Beginning a career at CVU from July 2013 to July 2016, Ainsworth advanced from Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Measurement Engineer. Initial training occurred at Lafarge as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor from September 2009 to June 2013. Ainsworth holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Quantity Surveying (Commercial Management) from the University of Greenwich, achieved between 2010 and 2015, following studies at West Hatch High School. Key responsibilities include project management, subcontractor procurement, valuations, and financial reconciliations.
