Pedro Ferreira

Pedro Ferreira founded 4Improvements in 2023. At 4Improvements, Pedro led a team of branding experts and web developers to create unique and memorable brand identities, as well as provide exceptional user experiences through customized web development and intuitive designs.

Prior to founding 4Improvements, Pedro worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Welink from February 2023 to July 2023, where they focused on marketing services for lawyers, doctors, and accountants.

Before joining Welink, Pedro worked at Teleperformance as a Sales Representative in the insurance industry from February 2022 to January 2023. During this time, they were responsible for selling insurance products.

Pedro's earlier experience at Teleperformance included working as a Sales Representative in the personal credit department from February 2019 to August 2019.

Overall, Pedro's work experience includes founding and leading 4Improvements, as well as sales roles in the insurance and personal credit sectors at Teleperformance.

Pedro Ferreira obtained their Bachelor's degree in Ciências Biomédicas - Geral from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Engenharia Biomédica/Médica at ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa.
