Francisco has extensive experience building security intelligence solutions for law enforcement and public and private organizations leveraging big data analytics and machine learning. He leads the 4iQ solutions team, responsible for supervising the architecture, implementation and technical operations of some of the most advanced Intel Center projects in Spain.
Throughout his career, Francisco has led engineering teams in several successful Internet start-ups and telco network services departments such as Indra, Retevision, eresMas, Wanadoo and Orange. He has also served as a professor at Universidad de Alcala in Telecommunications Engineering and currently collaborates in Big Data Technologies post-graduate courses at UNED.
