Paul Tseng, CSPO

Paul Tseng, CSPO has worked in various roles since 2010. Paul was an English Instructor at Kumon Learning Institute from 2010 to 2014, followed by a role as a Customer Service Representative at TD from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they became a Software Implementation Consultant at Harris Computer, then a Product Manager at Broadridge from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are the Director and Solutions Engineering Manager at Mako Financial Technologies.

Paul Tseng obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University between 2011 and 2015. In April 2021, they were certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by the Scrum Alliance.
