Anita Pinzon

Anita Pinzon has over twenty years of experience in human resources. Anita began their career in 1991 as a Benefits Coordinator at Lockton Companies, Inc., where they coordinated the implementation and administration of benefit programs for 800+ employees. In 1995, they moved to NCIS as a Human Resources Manager, where they performed recruiting functions and managed employee benefit programs. In 1999, they joined ECI Telecom Inc. as a Human Resources Director, where they developed and implemented human resources programs across multiple sites and administered benefit plans. In 2011, they were appointed Director of People and Culture at BGT Partners. Finally, in 2013, they joined Zakheim & LaVrar as a Human Resources Manager, and in 2016, they were promoted to Human Resources Director at 4KIDS.

Anita Pinzon has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri.
