Katrinka Duckworth

Katrinka Duckworth, PHR, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. since December 2023, overseeing various HR functions including performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Previously, Katrinka held roles such as Regional Human Resources Manager at Ogletree Deakins and Human Resources Manager at multiple organizations, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, developing HR programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. With an extensive background in human resources across different sectors, Katrinka has developed a strong focus on strategic HR initiatives and talent management. Academic qualifications include an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
