Allison McNamara

Allison McNamara has a diverse work experience that spans over 18 years. Allison started their career at Talbots in 2003 as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for daily store operations and driving sales. In 2008, they joined Kayser-Roth Corporation as an Assistant Store Manager, where they played a crucial role in determining pricing, promotions, and product selection. Since 2010, Allison has been with LPi, where they have held several roles, including Advertising Sales Representative, Advertising Sales Coordinator, Mideast Region Sales Coach, Ad Sales Recruiter & Trainer, Ad Sales Training Manager, Learning and Development Manager, and most recently, Director of Talent Management.
