Online Services Technical Support Representative at LPi

Joshua Eagan has a diverse background in technical support and training, with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Online Services Technical Support Representative at LPi since November 2015, Joshua trains customers on online products and addresses support requests. Prior experience includes roles at Generac Power Systems, where Joshua provided training and support for dealers and served as the main post-sale contact for the East Region. Earlier experience includes a position as a Remote Technical Trainer at Eastman Kodak, where Joshua delivered technical and sales training to large corporations to boost photofinishing sales. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Photography from Grand Valley State University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Alpena Community College.
