Donald Lyles

Donald Lyles, RN, BSN, MHA, currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for the South Division at Alteon Health since February 2021 and is also a board member at PediPlace, a non-profit pediatric healthcare organization. Previously, Donald held the position of Chief Operating Officer for National Medical Professionals at Adeptus Health from January 2014 to September 2020, where leadership was provided for physician contracting services across numerous facilities. Additionally, leadership roles included Chief Operating Officer for the East Division at Schumacher Clinical Partners and Regional Vice President of Operations at TeamHealth Southeast. Donald's early career involved various professional positions in emergency services and nursing. Donald holds a Master of Health Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a BSN from Florida Atlantic University, along with an ADN from Hinds Community College.
