Aline Juer has a diverse experience in project and product management, starting with work on social sustainability projects in partnership with INEA and the government of Rio de Janeiro at Hollus Consulting & Environment. Aline later served as a Quality Analyst and Scrum Lead at Alterdata Software, where responsibilities included software testing and requirements engineering, and successfully reduced the implementation lead time for ERP solutions. Aline's roles progressed to Senior Product Owner and Product Manager, focusing on strategic planning and managing development teams across various software solutions. At Equinix, Aline excelled as a Global Product Owner Senior, overseeing AI supercomputer management products and aligning them with company objectives. Currently, Aline is the Global Product Owner Lead for the VISA Project at 4MK Solutions. Aline holds a degree in Production Engineering from UNIFESO and an Executive MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
