Kayla P.

Kayla P. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kayla started their career at McKee Foods Corporation in 2014 as a Packaging Operator/Technician, where they worked until 2017. Kayla then joined Western Express as a Recruiting Specialist from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Novatech, Inc. and took on the role of Payroll/Benefits Coordinator until 2019. Kayla then became a Human Resources Generalist at Novatech, Inc. until 2022. Most recently, they joined 4Patriots as a Human Resources Coordinator in January 2022 and was promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist in August 2022.

Kayla P. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the years 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended the University of Tennessee at Martin from 2009 to 2012, focusing on Biology/Biological Sciences. Additionally, they obtained the certification of a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in November 2022.
