Rebecca Templeman

Rebecca (Weaver) Templeman is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in developing and implementing HR strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards and Director of Human Resources at 4Patriots since March 2019, Rebecca previously held roles as a Business Advisor at Sera Business Advisors LLC, Director of Human Resources at Aspen Meadows Resort and The Ritz-Carlton Club in Aspen Highlands, and Director of Training and Development at Aspen Skiing Company. Rebecca's expertise also includes providing HR consulting services, managing operations and quality at Statefirst Ltd, and overseeing HR functions for the American Red Cross and The Ritz-Carlton in St. Louis. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Human Resource Management from the University of Virginia.
