Bob Chowaniec

Bob Chowaniec is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at 4Pines Fund Services. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations, US at Alter Domus from May 2017 to May 2019. Alter Domus is a leading provider of Fund and Corporate Services with over 1,000 experienced professionals in various fields such as fund administration, corporate secretarial, accounting, consolidation, tax and legal compliance, depositary services and debt administration services. Bob has been instrumental in the growth of Alter Domus since its inception in 2003 and has played a key role in establishing the company as a leading provider of these services.

Bob Chowaniec has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and a degree in Physics/Chemistry from the State University of New York College at Cortland.

They are on a team with Michael Stefanoni - Head of AML/KYC and Fund Data Operations, Celeste Barone - President, Chief Client Officer and Co-Founder, and Bob Balfe - Chief Technology Officer. Their manager is Michael Trinkaus, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder.
