Tyson Soutter

Tyson Soutter is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Novant since January 2025 and a member of the Expert Advisory Board at The Singularity Group since October 2022. Previously, Tyson served as Managing Director for EMEA & APAC at Clockworks Analytics from July 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities included driving business strategy and operational efficiency. Other notable roles include Global Business Development Manager for Digitalization at Siemens, Head of Asset Operations at Willow, and Head of Deployments and Integrations at BUENO Systems. Tyson began a career in refrigeration and air conditioning as a technician at Airmaster. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from RMIT University and a Certificate III in Refrigeration and HVAC Mechanic from Ultimo TAFE.
