Fundi Sithebe

Fundi Sithebe serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 4Racing since June 2021, focusing on the turnaround, stabilization, and growth of the business while promoting sustainability in the horse racing industry. Additionally, Fundi is an Interim Board Member at South African Airways since May 2023 and previously held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Airports Company South Africa from March 2015 to April 2021. Fundi has extensive experience as a Project Consultant through an own consulting service and as an Executive Assistant in various high-level positions, including at FirstRand Group and the 2010 World Cup LOC. A graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree from Midrand University, Fundi brings a solid educational foundation to a diverse career in strategy and operations.
