Megan McKenna

Megan McKenna is a seasoned leader in community and social development with extensive experience in both nonprofit management and strategic planning. Currently serving as Director of Private Giving at 4S Bay Partners LLC, McKenna focuses on economic opportunities for marginalized communities. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Club of Lake County, significant cultural and operational transformations were implemented, including financial management improvements and the establishment of equitable compensation structures. With a robust background in nonprofit consulting and a strong advocacy for low-income populations, McKenna has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director at MANO A MANO FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER, where impactful collaborative relationships were built.
