Radwa Omar

Radwa Omar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software operations and agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Head of Software Operations and Agile Coach at 4Sale International Co. since July 2018, Radwa focuses on promoting the agile mindset and fostering continuous improvement within teams. Previous roles include Scrum Master and Flow Manager at Shebak, Business Analyst and Scrum Master at Appzone Ltd, and a variety of positions within technical writing, software analysis, and programming instruction. Radwa's early career included contributions as a Software Engineer on the Supreme Council of Universities Automation Project. Radwa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Cairo University and a High School Diploma from Salmiya High School in Kuwait.
