Shabreen Akram is a CX and insights leader with extensive experience in consumer behavior, specializing in journey mapping and persona development. Beginning their career at 4SiGHT Research & Analytics, Shabreen held various roles, culminating in Associate Director of Consumer Insights. Currently, as the Director of CX & Insights at 4SiGHT CX, Shabreen leads customer insights and research for clients in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, while ensuring cultural insights drive actionable business strategies. Shabreen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Indhira Gandhi National University and an MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research.
