Vetle Kjærstad is currently the Manager of Drilling Monitoring Operations at 4Subsea, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Vetle gained valuable experience as a Senior Engineer and Engineer at 4Subsea and completed a summer internship at DNV GL in 2019. Vetle also worked as a Selger at XXL Sport & Villmark from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their professional experience, Vetle served as a Vitenskapelig assistent at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) during their studies. Vetle earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU, completing the degree in 2020.
