Sara L. has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sara is currently the VP of Marketing at 4th & Heart, where they are responsible for driving awareness and growth through strategic marketing planning, brand building, and innovation. Prior to this, Sara worked at Polaris Inc. as a Marketing Director for Off-Road Vehicles and Snowmobiles and Timbersled. Sara joined Polaris in 2018 and held these positions until 2023.

Before joining Polaris, Sara held various roles at General Mills starting from 2002. Sara served as the Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing Communications, leading multi-channel marketing strategies for several critical growth brands. Sara also held positions such as Sr. Manager of Licensing and Partnerships, Sr. Integrated Marketing Communications Manager, Integrated Shopper Marketing Communications Manager, Multicultural Shopper Marketing Manager, Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager, Shopper Marketing Sr. Planner, and Promotion Marketing Planner.

Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing both internal teams and external agencies. Sara has experience in driving awareness, loyalty, and consideration for brands through messaging strategies, consumer touchpoints, and event activations. Sara has also successfully launched multicultural programs and secured incremental distribution for Hispanic brands.

Sara L. has a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Sara has completed the Advertising Foundations course from LinkedIn in June 2018. Sara has also obtained certifications in Online Marketing Foundations and Social Media Marketing: Optimization, both from LinkedIn in June 2018.
