N. Don Dalton

N. Don Dalton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. N. Don is currently serving as the President of 4Tier Software, LLC, a position they started in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Engineering Director at DeNOVO Solutions, LLC from June 2020 to May 2021.

From 1997 to 2020, Dalton held multiple roles at Northrop Grumman, including Project/Program Manager from 2010 to 2020, Program Manager/Chief-Senior Systems Engineer from 2006 to 2010, Software Assistant Program Manager/Senior Systems Engineer/IPT Lead from 2003 to 2006, Senior Systems Engineer/System Engineer/Software Developer from 2000 to 2003, and Software Developer/Integration and Test Manager from 1997 to 2000.

Before joining Northrop Grumman, Dalton worked at The Aerospace Corporation as a Software Developer/CAE Tool Integration-Implementation Engineer from 1991 to 1997. N. Don started their career at Garrett Engine Division of AlliedSignal as a Finite Element Modeling Engineer from 1990 to 1991.

N. Don Dalton completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Design Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University in the years 1984 to 1988. N. Don continued their education at the same institution from 1989 to 1990 and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, N. Don Dalton has earned certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2020 and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in December 2008.
