Tony Johnson, CCXP, is a seasoned professional in customer experience and employee engagement, with a career spanning over two decades. As the Founder and Principal of Ignite Your Service Training and Consulting since August 2014, Tony focuses on enhancing customer experience and leadership development through workshops and organizational speaking. In addition, Tony serves as the Customer Experience Officer at 4xi Global Consulting & Solutions, where strategic consulting is provided to improve business processes and sales acumen. A committed volunteer, Tony contributes to the CXPA Florida Network and the Florida SBDC at UCF Advisory Board Council. Prior experience includes significant roles at Aramark, where leadership in Customer Experience and Service Excellence was demonstrated, significantly impacting organizational performance and guest satisfaction. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Political Science from Ball State University.
