Eeva Lindroos

Eeva Lindroos is a seasoned expert in revenue management and customer experience, currently serving as the Chief Customer Experience Officer and Assistant Director of Transportation at Broward County Government since November 2025. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at Playa Hotels & Resorts, where Eeva held the positions of Senior Vice President of Revenue & Distribution and Vice President of Revenue Management, overseeing revenue management and distribution for over 20 hotels. Eeva's extensive background includes directing revenue management for the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, La Quinta Resort & Club, and Atlantis Resorts, among others. Eeva has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University and completed a Revenue Management workshop at Hilton Worldwide in 2015.
