Deb Ajeska has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Deb began their career in 1989 at Household Credit Services as an Expense Analysis Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis. Moving forward, they joined West Marine in 1999 and held various crucial roles such as DVP of Financial Planning and Analysis, DVP of Operations Controller, DVP of Controller, Interim Principal Financial Officer, and finally Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. In 2019, Deb joined 5.11 Tactical as the Global Vice President of People and Administration and currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer.

Deb Ajeska obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Christopher Newport University between 1984 and 1989.
