Janelle Gomez

Janelle Gomez is an experienced retail professional with a focus on customer service and management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager and previously as Store Manager at 5.11 Tactical since May 2018, Janelle has developed strong leadership skills. Prior experience includes a tenure as Store Manager at The Vitamin Shoppe from December 2016 to December 2017 and as Assistant Store Manager from June 2016 to October 2016. Janelle also held the position of Assistant Store Manager and Department Supervisor at Babies R Us from August 2012 to June 2016, and worked as District Manager Administrative Assistant at Toys R Us from September 2007 to July 2012. Janelle holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan College, earned between 2006 and 2007.
