Kelley Graham has a strong background in operations, planning, and strategy in the retail industry. They have held various leadership roles throughout their career. Kelley spent the most recent three years as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Strategy at 5.11 Tactical and previously served as the Vice President of Business Operations. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President of Global Planning at Quiksilver. Kelley also worked as the Planning & Operations Director at Vans in VF Corporation.
