Kam Fitzgerald

Kam Fitzgerald is an accomplished fitness entrepreneur with extensive experience in management and ownership within the CrossFit and nutrition industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at 5 Star Nutrition LLC since July 2021, Kam also owns CrossFit Champaign-Urbana and Silverback Barbell Club, roles held since April 2019 and April 2018, respectively. Previously, Kam operated Unyoked CrossFit from April 2016 to April 2019, emphasizing a philosophy centered around enhancing ten components of fitness. Additionally, Kam has a background in retail from GNC, where duties as a Sales Associate included progression to Assistant Store Manager from November 2012 to January 2014. Kam is also certified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
