Dale Armstrong, CPP received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government, Pre-Law from Westfield State University in the years 1981 to 1985. Dale also attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in 1986 for law enforcement training. In the same year, they also attended the Northeast Regional Police Institute (NERPI) for further law enforcement education. Additionally, Dale obtained certifications as a Certified Federal Law Enforcement Instructor from FLETC in 2014 and as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS Board Certification in 2012.
