Dale Armstrong

Dale Armstrong, CPP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of law enforcement and asset forfeiture. Dale has served as a Team Lead, Contract Senior Forfeiture Investigator at 5 Stones intelligence Inc., where they managed a team and conducted audits to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations. Dale also worked as a Researcher and Subject Matter Expert for the U.S. Department of Justice, conducting research on firearms trafficking and commerce. Additionally, Dale has served as a Federal Court Expert Witness, Adjunct Faculty Instructor, and Assistant Special Agent in Charge at the U.S. DOJ - Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives. Prior to that, they worked as a Special Agent and Criminal Investigator for the U.S. Treasury Department - United States Customs Service. Throughout their career, Dale has demonstrated strong leadership, investigative skills, and expertise in firearms trafficking and asset management.

Dale Armstrong, CPP received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government, Pre-Law from Westfield State University in the years 1981 to 1985. Dale also attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in 1986 for law enforcement training. In the same year, they also attended the Northeast Regional Police Institute (NERPI) for further law enforcement education. Additionally, Dale obtained certifications as a Certified Federal Law Enforcement Instructor from FLETC in 2014 and as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS Board Certification in 2012.
