Lionel Plessy is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a strong focus on impact and health. Currently serving as a Partner at 50 Partners since May 2020, Lionel Plessy previously founded and leads HOVAL as CEO, specializing in investment and project management in health-related sectors. Notable ventures include founding Mealit to combat food insecurity, serving as COO at deliver.ee to enhance transportation solutions, and developing Delifresh into a leader in last-mile delivery in Île-de-France. Additional ventures include successful leadership roles at 360 DEGRES SERVICES, FRESHLOG, and NATOORA, which involved significant turnaround and growth strategies. Lionel Plessy holds a degree in Maths and Physics from Pierre and Marie Curie University and has also studied at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
