Stanislas Gruau

Stanislas Gruau is the Founder and CEO of Explora Project, which focuses on responsible outdoor travel and has been recognized as one of the top 120 promising impact companies in France as of 2025. Additionally, Stanislas serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Deskape by Explora, which facilitates nature-based seminars. In 2020, Stanislas was identified as a Start-up Rockstar in the 50 Partners Digital accelerator. Stanislas received the 2019 Lauréat award from Initiative Grand Annecy for Explora Project and was a member of the board and executive committee at the OFFICE DE TOURISME DE L'AGGLOMERATION D'ANNECY until January 2025. Previously, Stanislas held leadership positions at Cargill, including EMEA Trading Desk Head and EMEA Softseeds Trading Lead, as well as a role in equities and derivatives sales & trading at BNP Paribas. Stanislas is an alumnus of EDHEC Business School, where a degree in Market Finance and Financial Economics was obtained.
