Thomas Needle

Thomas Needle is an Vice President of 50 South Capital’s Hedge Fund Team. He is actively involved in cash management, liquidity analysis, and accounting functions while providing oversight to daily operations.

Prior to joining 50 South Capital, Thomas was a Senior Analyst at Vanguard Group, where he was responsible for overseeing pricing, valuations and fund launches for exchange-traded funds. He headed technology teams and IT initiatives while coordinating communication with multiple external fund administrators.

Thomas is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and is an active member in the Asian Leadership and Latin Heritage Leadership councils at Northern Trust. Thomas earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
