Shreemanth R. Sahukar

Shreemanth R. Sahukar is an experienced contracts and legal professional with extensive expertise in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as General Manager - Contracts at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy since November 2017. In this role, Shreemanth has been instrumental in securing global large-scale EPC and O&M contracts, managing risks, conducting legal due diligence, and negotiating complex agreements across various international markets totaling over 5 GW capacity of solar PV plants. Previous positions include Deputy General Manager - Contracts and Senior Contracts Manager at Sterling and Wilson, as well as roles in contract administration and claims management at Services & Trade Company LLC, Contraco W.L.L., and Feedback INFRA. Shreemanth holds a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University and advanced certifications in construction management, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Technology and Management from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering.
