Carrie Liauw is the current Regional Director of Startup Programs - APAC at 500 Startups. Carrie has over 6 years of experience in content marketing and event management. Prior to their current role, Carrie was with Enterprise Singapore as a Senior Development Partner, where they were part of the Open Innovation Platform team and helped to organise online/virtual events for the innovation and tech ecosystem. Carrie has also previously worked with IMDA as a Content and Marketing Executive, and was responsible for writing copy for marketing collaterals, platform information, and other mediums.
Carrie Liauw has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English Language and Literature from The Open University. Carrie also has a Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the London Teacher Training Centre, as well as a Diploma in Law and Management from Temasek Polytechnic. Carrie is also certified by Procter & Gamble in the First cohort of P&G Women Development Programm, and has Psychological Leadership certification.
