As the founder of KC Stardust, LLC, Kristen has worked with Fortune 500 clients to improve organizational performance through targeted training initiatives. Prior experience includes instructional design roles at Meta and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, where Kristen developed innovative learning materials and managed learning management systems. With a diverse background that includes project management at CWD Group and customer service at Baxter International Inc., Kristen brings a wealth of skills in training development, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration. Kristen holds a degree in eLearning and Instructional Design from the University of Washington and has a robust understanding of adult learning principles.
