Leonard Lee

Leonard Lee serves as the Head of Accelerator Operations at 500 Global since September 2020, focusing on aiding founders in building innovative futures. Prior to this role, Leonard co-founded Dispatchr, a venture capital-backed company supported by Floodgate, Backed, and 500 Startups, from October 2014 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes a tenure at The Clorox Company from September 2007 to October 2013, where Leonard worked on brands such as Brita, Glad, and Burt's Bees. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
