Monika S has extensive work experience in the field of UI/UX design. Monika is currently working as a Lead UI/UX Designer at 500 Designs, where they lead user research and usability testing, collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages and mentors junior designers, presents design decisions to stakeholders, and measures the success of the product through various metrics and user feedback.
