Monika S has extensive work experience in the field of UI/UX design. Monika is currently working as a Lead UI/UX Designer at 500 Designs, where they lead user research and usability testing, collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages and mentors junior designers, presents design decisions to stakeholders, and measures the success of the product through various metrics and user feedback. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead UX/UI Designer at Essential Designs and as a UX/UI Designer at the same company.

Monika also has experience as a UI/UX Designer at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they redesigned the Marks Review and CareerBuild websites. Monika has also worked as a Customer Service Representative at TD and as a Marketing and Events Assistant at the Canadian Club of Vancouver.
