Nicole Soltes has a diverse background in the creative and design industry. In their current role as Creative Director at 500 Designs since May 2022, they are responsible for overseeing accountability and resource stewardship, implementing strategies to meet business objectives, and assessing proactive risks to protect organizational assets.
Prior to this, Nicole worked at Ogilvy from 2014 to 2022, where they held various roles. As an Associate Design Director & UX/UI Lead from January 2021 to May 2022, they led and oversaw all UX-related projects, managed a team of UX designers, and coordinated with different teams to create meaningful digital experiences for users. Before that, as a Senior Designer and UI/UX Specialist from January 2017 to January 2021, they played a crucial role in growing the UX/UI offering at Ogilvy and acted as a mediator between the creative team and development suppliers. Nicole also served as an Art Director from November 2014 to January 2017.
Nicole's earlier experience includes working at Tribal Worldwide as a Junior Art Director from February 2013 to November 2014. During this time, they handled various client accounts and collaborated with the creative team to produce digital campaigns, websites, mobile applications, and integrated marketing communications.
