Kaan Eren is a Principal at 500 Emerging Europe and 500 Global since May 2021, focusing on early-stage venture capital investments in technology companies from the region. Prior to this, Kaan served as Vice President of Investment Banking at ÜNLÜ & Co from October 2015 to May 2021, where landmark deals totaling over $3 billion, including Turkey's largest IPO of the last decade, were advised. Kaan's career also includes roles as a Corporate Finance Associate, Corporate Finance Analyst, and Management Trainee. Kaan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Virginia (2011-2015) and a High School Diploma in the Math and Science track from Il Liceo Italiano di Istanbul (2007-2011).
