Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson currently serves as an Academic Advisor at the University of South Florida since January 2023. Mark has been a member of the 501st Legion, a non-profit organization, since May 2011. In addition, Mark has held the position of Assistant Baseball Coach at the University of Tampa since September 2000, where Mark has accumulated 13 years of experience as the Junior Varsity Head Coach and aspires to become a head coach at the collegiate level. Mark's teaching career includes roles as a teacher at Roland Park K-8 School from July 2012 to September 2023, and as a Special Education Teacher/Team Leader at Woodrow Wilson Middle School from August 2005 to July 2012. Mark began the professional journey with experience as an Assistant to the Director at the Gasparilla Distance Classic Association from August 2001 to November 2003. Mark earned a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Tampa between 1996 and 2000.
