Kathleen Nicholls

Kathleen Nicholls is an accomplished gaming industry executive with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as VP of Product Development at 505 Games since 2013, Kathleen has built and led a production team that contributed to the company being named Best Publisher of 2019 by Metacritic. Prior to this, Kathleen held various leadership roles at THQ Inc., including Senior Director of Production and Director of Project Management, where responsibilities included managing complex projects, supervising production teams, and organizing launch support. Additional experience includes producing for LucasArts, LEGO Media, and Broderbund, with a focus on development, budgeting, and cross-functional team collaboration. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Arts from Santa Rosa Junior College.
