Vimari Román, PCC, CPQC, CMM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, corporate training, and event management. Currently serving as a Certified Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach at Positive Intelligence, Vimari specializes in enhancing emotional intelligence and mental fitness for senior-level professionals. As the CEO of Be Productive Coaching, Vimari provides career strategy and leadership coaching to assist individuals and organizations in achieving fulfillment and success. Additionally, Vimari co-founded the annual Joy! Joy! Joy! Fest and is an adjunct faculty instructor at Florida Atlantic University, teaching event management.
