Liam Chen

Liam Chen has been working in the tech industry since 2005. Liam started as a System Administrator at DCampus Co Ltd. in 2005. From 2009 to 2019, they worked at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise as a Tech. Consultant and ASM and a Mission Critical Engineer. In this role, they were assigned as an account engineer for major accounts, such as China Telecom and China Unicom. Liam also worked with account managers for service delivery and project management in the accounts, and applied company solutions to meet highly complex customer needs. In 2019, they moved on to 51CTO as an Online AWS training instructor. Currently, they are a Cloud Delivery & Optimization SR Analyst at Mars.

Liam Chen received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from South China University of Technology between 2001 and 2005. Liam has also obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate from Microsoft in March 2021, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft, HP ATP - Data Center and Cloud from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, ITILv3 foundation from EXIN, Sun Certified Profissional for Solaris 10 from Oracle, and VCP5-DCV from VMware.
