Aislinn O'Farrell

Aislinn O'Farrell is currently a Clinical Affairs Associate at 52 North Health, creators of NeutroCheck®, since July 2022. Prior to this role, Aislinn served as a Breast Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust from April 2017 to December 2021, managing a caseload of primary breast cancer patients and collaborating with consultants on care plans. Aislinn also held the position of Senior Staff Nurse in the Clinical Assessment Unit and on the Royal Marsden Macmillan Hotline, overseeing an acute unit and providing telephone triage for distressed patients. Aislinn's experience in nursing began at St. Vincent's University Hospital from October 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities included administering chemotherapy, symptom control, and palliative care. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Cancer Nursing from University College Dublin, a Level 7 module in Physical Assessment and Clinical Reasoning from The Royal Marsden School, and a Bachelor of Science in General Nursing from University College Dublin.
